GPT (Gruppo Poligrafico Tiberino Srl) is a joint-stock company representing a network of 20 GPT member companies.
The Group was founded in 2007 as a university spin-off and the application of an innovative business-network model. Today, the Group boasts an aggregate turnover of approximately Euro 130 million, 24 manufacturing plants and BRC certified facilities, and over 700 employees, approximately 8% of whom dedicated to R&D activities.
GPT’s goal is to provide comprehensive, integrated, innovative solutions for marketing, communications, printing, graphics, packaging, sustainable packaging and related services.
With a particular focus on integrated packaging services, GPT covers all primary and secondary packaging needs, with consolidated food sector experience and expertise with paper, cardboard, three-ply cardboard, bioplastics, laminated packaging and the supply of rigid and flexible food packaging for large-scale distribution and food manufacturers.
GPT’s packaging philosophy is driven by the principle of the 3 Rs, that is, Reduce, Recycle and Reuse, leveraging creativity, planning and eco-design oriented to the circular economy. This vision has led the Group, since 2011, to create a line of highly sustainable bioplastic and paper food packaging products, certified as biodegradable.
